All content, reports, alerts, and materials published by Nexus Intelligence are provided strictly for informational, educational, and research purposes only. Nothing published by Nexus Intelligence constitutes financial advice, investment advice, investment research regulated under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, commodity, or asset of any kind. You must always conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified and regulated financial adviser before making any investment or financial decision.

Nexus Intelligence is a market analysis and research service. We identify and publish research findings based on event-driven analysis of publicly available information. Our primary focus is on US-listed securities trading on NYSE and NASDAQ, with selective coverage of commodities. We are not a financial adviser, investment manager, broker, or regulated financial service provider.
Nothing on the Platform, in any email, in any Discord communication, in any Notion database entry, or in any other communication from Nexus Intelligence constitutes:
All decisions to invest, trade, or otherwise act upon any information, analysis, or research published by Nexus Intelligence are made entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that:
Access to the Nexus Intelligence Platform is strictly by invitation only. The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to grant, refuse, suspend, or revoke access at any time, without obligation to provide reasons.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and access links. You must not share your login details, Discord invite links, or any other access mechanism with any third party. Any breach of this obligation may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis as specified at the time of subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our third-party payment provider) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing period has commenced, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for that period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. This includes cases where a Member has not actively used the Platform during the billing period.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Upon cancellation, your membership and access to the Platform will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Access will not be extended beyond that date and no pro-rata refund will be issued for any unused portion of the billing period.
By subscribing to Nexus Intelligence, you agree to resolve any billing concerns directly with us in the first instance by contacting support@nexusintelligence.network before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your membership without refund. The Company reserves the right to contest any chargeback and to pursue recovery of outstanding amounts through all available legal means. Please note that while members agree not to initiate unjustified payment disputes, this clause does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to existing members. Founding Member pricing, where offered, is locked in for the duration of a continuous active subscription and will not be subject to price increases for as long as the subscription remains uninterrupted.
During the beta period, access may be provided free of charge to selected testers. Beta access is provided "as is" and may be modified, interrupted, or terminated at any time. Beta testers agree to provide honest feedback to assist in the improvement of the Platform.
All Content, research, analysis, reports, alerts, data, visual materials, branding, software, and the Algorithm are the exclusive intellectual property of Hexagon Studio Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.
By accessing the Platform, you expressly agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
Content is made available to Members for personal, non-commercial research and informational use only. This licence is non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable at any time.
Any breach of Section 5 will result in immediate termination of membership without refund, and the Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hexagon Studio Ltd and Nexus Intelligence shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content, including but not limited to:
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any research findings or analysis will be accurate, complete, or timely.
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hexagon Studio Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any reliance on Content for investment or financial decisions.
All Content published on the Platform is confidential and proprietary to Hexagon Studio Ltd. By accepting membership, you agree to treat all Content as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of your membership.
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and all Content ceases immediately. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), and 9 (Confidentiality) survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time with reasonable notice to Members. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Platform may integrate with or direct you to third-party services (including Discord and Notion). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hexagon Studio Ltd regarding your use of the Nexus Intelligence Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
